The SCAR 18 with IP67 waterproof, shockproof and dustproof features, and can withstand water immersion between 15cm and 1 meter for 30 mins, the shockproof and dustproof to prevent dust ingress and accidental drop. The Scar-18 Box Mod with the intelligent IQ-X chipset has four various working modes that are provided to meet different requirements for effects, flavour, and cloud. The temperature control mode supports Nickel, Titanium, and Stainless Steel heating elements, and also allows users to adjust the TCR(temperature sufficient resistance) value of coils to customize the preferred taste. the Scar 18 by Smok powered by dual high-rate 18650 batteries and with a max output of 230W, the TFT display will show you the vaping data clearly, you could adjust the working wattage from 1W to 230W freely by pressing the Up or Down Buttons, can charge the 18650 batteries via the micro USB port and the batteries will be fully charged in a short time. We recommend use with Smok Tanks that the diameter does not exceed over 30mm.

Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday are dispatched via courier on the same day except during bank holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. or at weekends are dispatched on the next working day. Orders are delivered in the following 1-2 days excluding Sundays and bank holidays. A signature may be required on delivery.
Local Kerbside delivery available for customers within a 5 mile radius of our Store. We aim to deliver on the same day if ordered before 12 midday. Option available to select at checkout. If it is found that the customer is outside the 5 mile radius their order shall be posted via Royal Mail.

Our Policy lasts for 28 days, once 28 days have passed unless your item is under warranty we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Check product manufacturers warranty as warranty differs from manufacturer. (Eleaf products 28 days only)
Used E-Liquids, Coils, Pods or Tanks are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Proof of purchase is required for yours item(s) to be eligible to be returned, we require your item where possible to be returned in its original packaging and unused. To return a product please contact us for a returns form.
What happens when a product is returned
We offer, Credit notes and Replacement on all returns.
Please allow up to 5 working days for your Returns to be processed.
Once your return has been received it will be subject to an inspection. We will notify you via email to inform you if the return has been approved or rejected. If rejected the return will be sent back to you. If approved we will contact you to confirm the return option.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
