Uwell Crown 5 features the incredible Pro-FOCS (Pro Flavour Core Optimization System) which controls the heating temperature to maximize flavour. A clever airflow design controls the amount of condensation to make the Crown 5 a self cleaning tank.

To fill the 2ml capacity tank a quick quarter turn of the top cap reveals a slot with a silicone membrane to minimize leakage. Crown 5 uses UN2 Mesh coils and in the kit you get the 0.23Ω FeCrAl UN2 Single coil preinstalled (best at 65-70W) and a 0.3Ω FeCrAl UN2-2 Double Coil (best at 50-55W) in the packet. If you are a fan of Triple Meshed Coils you can buy separately the FeCrAl UN2-3 0.2Ω coil (best at 65-70W)

At the base of the tank is a dual slotted airflow control where you dial in your vape just the way you like it. Crown V comes in Six colours (Black, Blue, Grey, Red, Silver and Yellow) which have been buffed to create a polished look and feel.

Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and Saturday 12 p.m. are dispatched via courier on the same day except during bank holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. or on Sundays are dispatched on the next working day. Orders are delivered in the following 1-2 days excluding Sundays and bank holidays. A signature may be required on delivery.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local Kerbside delivery available for customers within a 5 mile radius of our Store. We aim to deliver on the same day if ordered before 12 midday. Option available to select at checkout. If it is found that the customer is outside the 5 mile radius their order shall be posted via Royal Mail. 

CLICK & COLLECT

We offer collections for orders at our Boston Store (The Vape Store Boston - Waterfall Plaza, Bank Street, Boston, PE21 6DY). Items are ready to pick up after 10 minutes of placing an order. Collection times are 10am - 5pm.

Store is open Mon - Sat 9am - 5pm

RETURNS

Our Policy lasts for 28 days, once 28 days have passed unless your item is under warranty we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Check product manufacturers warranty as warranty differs from manufacturer. (Eleaf products 28 days only) 

Used E-Liquids, Coils, Pods or Tanks are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Proof of purchase is required for yours item(s) to be eligible to be returned, we require your item where possible to be returned in its original packaging and unused. To return a product please contact us for a returns form.

What happens when a product is returned
We offer, Credit notes and Replacement on all returns.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your Returns to be processed.

Once your return has been received it will be subject to an inspection. We will notify you via email to inform you if the return has been approved or rejected. If rejected the return will be sent back to you. If approved we will contact you to confirm the return option.

Late or Missing refunds (If applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at lincsvapours@gmail.com

Shipping
To return your product, you should send your product to: The Vape Store Boston, Waterfall Plaza, Bank Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 6DY You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
