Welcome to the Lincolnshire Vapours Help Center. If you need assistance with your order, returns, or any other issue, you'll find everything you need below.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Use this tracking number on the Royal Mail tracking website to check your delivery status.

If you haven’t received tracking details, please check your spam folder or contact us on the methods below.

We only use Royal Mail for shipping and we offer the following options:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-2 business days
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-5 business days

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking details or contact us for assistance.

If you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the incorrect item

We will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned, and once we have received it, we will send out the correct replacement item as soon as possible.

If part of your order is missing, please double-check your packaging, as some items may be packed separately. If something is still missing, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please report it within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the item

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or store credit where applicable.

You may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, contact us with your order details. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Store credit is issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened e-liquids and certain accessories cannot be returned.
  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for approval and return instructions.
  3. Package securely and send via a tracked service.
  4. Keep proof of postage until store credit is processed.

Once we receive your return and do our checks if required, store credit is processed within 2-5 business days and applied to your account for future purchases.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, changes may not be possible.
