Royal Mail Tracked 24:
  • 1-3 working days (During this time deliveries are taking slightly longer than the usual 1-3 working day delivery time).
  • Minimum order amount of £10 (Excluding Postage)
  • Same day dispatch Monday to Friday on orders placed before 2.00 pm. (Excluding Bank holidays)
  • Same day dispatch on Saturday on orders placed before 11.30 am.
  • Deliveries are made on weekdays and Saturday. Signature may be required.

  • Minimum order amount of £10 (Excluding Postage)
  • Same day dispatch Monday to Friday on orders placed before 2.00 pm. (Excluding Bank holidays)
  • Deliveries are made on weekdays. Signature may be required.

Please note: We cannot action a replacement or refund for delayed or missing items until 10 working days have passed from the date of posting. This is due to Royal Mail policy.

LOCAL DELIVERY


Local delivery is available Monday - Saturday for customers within a 4 mile radius of our Store. We aim to deliver after 5pm on the same day if ordered before 12 midday. Option is available to select at checkout. Minimum Order Amount £10 (Excluding Delivery). If it is found that the customer is outside the 4 mile radius their order shall be posted via Royal Mail.

WE DO NOT DELIVER ON SUNDAYS.

CLICK & COLLECT


We offer collections for orders at our Boston Store (The Vape Store Boston - Waterfall Plaza, Bank Street, Boston, PE21 6DY). Items are usually ready to pick up after 10 minutes of placing an order. Collection times are 10am - 5pm. Store is open Mon - Sat 9am - 5pm.
