RETURNS
Our policy lasts for 28 days. If 28 days have passed since your purchase, unless your item is under warranty, we will not be able to offer you a credit note or exchange.
Please check the product manufacturer's warranty, as this can vary by manufacturer. (For example, Eleaf products have a warranty of 28 days only.)
Please note that used E-liquids, Coils, Pods, or Tanks are not eligible for credit notes or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, proof of purchase is required. Where possible, the item should be returned in its original packaging and unused. Please contact us for a returns form before sending any products back to us.
What Happens When a Product is Returned:

We offer Credit Notes or Replacements on all returns. Please note that we do not offer refunds.

Once we receive your return, it will undergo an inspection. We will notify you via email to inform you if the return has been approved or rejected.

Approved Returns:
If your return is approved, we will contact you to confirm the return option (Credit Note or Replacement). If we agree to replace or exchange the item, Lincolnshire Vapours will cover the cost of postage to send out the replacement item to you. -
Rejected Returns:
If your return is rejected after inspection, we will notify you via email. In this case, you will need to cover the cost of postage for us to return the item to you. We will contact you to arrange payment for the return postage.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet (if applicable), please follow these steps:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us.
If your exchanged product is being sent to you, delivery times may vary depending on your location. For items valued over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
