Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and Saturday 12 p.m. are dispatched via Royal Mail on the same day except during bank holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. or on Sundays are dispatched on the next working day. Orders are delivered between Monday & Saturday excluding Sundays and bank holidays. A signature may be required on delivery.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Local Kerbside delivery available for customers within a 5 mile radius of our Store. We aim to deliver on the same day if ordered before 12 midday. Option available to select at checkout. If it is found that the customer is outside the 5 mile radius their order shall be posted via Royal Mail.
CLICK & COLLECT
We offer collections for orders at our Boston Store (The Vape Store Boston - Waterfall Plaza, Bank Street, Boston, PE21 6DY). Items are ready to pick up after 10 minutes of placing an order. Collection times are 10am - 5pm.
