The Geek Vape Aegis Hero 5 is a compact and rugged pod-mod designed for powerful performance in a durable, pocket-friendly design. Its built-in 2000mAh battery provides adjustable power from 5–50W, with Smart Mode automatically selecting a suitable wattage for your coil. For more control, Variable Wattage mode lets you choose your preferred setting manually. The Hero 5 can be activated using either the fire button or inhale activation.

A top-mounted airflow system gives you control over the draw while helping to minimise the chance of leaks. The 2ml top-fill pod is compatible with Geek Vape B Series push-fit coils and supports MTL, RDL and DTL vaping depending on the coil and airflow setting. Included in the kit are a 0.4ohm coil, best used around 25–30W for RDL vaping, and a 0.2ohm coil, best used around 50–58W for a more open DTL vape.

The 0.96” TFT colour screen clearly displays your vaping information, while the A-Lock physical switch helps prevent accidental firing when carrying the device. Built to withstand everyday use, the Hero 5 features Geek Vape’s IP68 Tri-proof protection against water, dust and shocks.

For the best performance with the supplied 0.2ohm and 0.4ohm coils, we recommend using a 70% VG e-liquid. If you prefer a tighter MTL draw with 50/50 e-liquid, higher-resistance B Series coils are also available separately.

Coil Priming: Before using a new coil, apply a few drops of e-liquid to the exposed cotton and fill the pod. Allow the pod to stand for 5–10 minutes before vaping. This gives the e-liquid time to fully saturate the coil and helps prevent dry hits or premature burning.
